Been here many times over the last 4 years was very quiet this year. But then again Bali as a whole was quiet. Only problem with the place. The atmosphere is good. The drinks are cold good price, but it's looking very sore and outdated would not be hard to give all staff members a paintbrush and a bucket and give the place a lick of paint the graffiti and signatures on the wall is looking really Old school and run down, I've noticed that the last couple of years. It's gone overboard with the Texta writing. Oh, and the hotel still uses the worst toilets in Bali. My wife refuses to use the toilet here, as there is never no toilet paper or soap. If there was me might stay for more drinks on a daily basis. We brought this up to the owner last year, and he said his staff was in charge of replacing the toilet paper and soap, but once again this year. It still wasn't rectified. Especially when this venue. Has a lot of female staff working there. Who also use the toilets. Meaning washing hands etc.

Myself and she who must be obeyed (sometimes) finally stopped in for a drink after walking past it often...and we wish we had stopped in before! Just a small bar, but full of atmosphere, laughter, good times and the yummiest cocktails!!! the staff are amazing, quick, efficient, smiling and chatty. We had a ball here, and I am pretty sure that over 2 nights we went through their entire cocktails selection (not really, but we did try!!!). Well worth a visit for a cold drink, great atmosphere, singing and a good time!!!

Great little bar if your looking to relax and unwind with a really cold drink, great music and really good staff, the service is really friendly. Thanks Teds Bar.

After you've had a hard earned rest and a had a few Bintang's at Joseph's Bar on the beach just to the right of the arches at Melasti at Legian, why not take a short walk up to Ted's Bar. There's always a friendly face there, with your host Larry. A great place to meet friendly locals and some mature Aussies. The music is 60's, 70's and 80's, the type you can listen to and appreciate through a good hi-fi system. The drinks are very good value, and you can order food from the restaurant next door. I've had the good fortune of having a few drinks, a good chat and a laugh at Ted's a few time since it opened, and I never tire of the atmosphere. So why not give it a try - you'll be back for more. Very popular little bar with interesting characters. The owner is a quiet unassuming man who appreciates his good staff. Customers leave their name on the wall and have a photo taken with the Teddy bear - overall a fun place to people watch.

A small bar in Bene Lane with live music, friendly staff and well priced drinks. Not many tables and can fill up easy. Had a good stop for a few drinks on a bar hopping night.

We visited Teds bar a few times on our recent visit. Cheap beer and Smirnoff and icy cold.
Staff were really friendly too.

And an esky full of iced Bintang at 35k large. Big Ted (stuffed bear; play school) sits in bench window watching the action on Bene. Alongside me. And crikey there’s traffic action. Smiling matron a joy to be served by.
