Heard good things about this place and them doing pretty eyelash extensions. Was a bit scared doing them here but really needed some touch up. Wroong choice. I had some aleady and went in for a refill. They didn't agree doing it and wanted to do new ones witch i agreed. Wrong decision. They put so much glue to my... More

I could go here every day for a bit of pampering! Great facials, massages, foot treatments, just to name a few.

The Luna Spa was very clean and the staff looked great in their green uniforms. We had two lots of reflexology and were very impressed. The girls were very pleasant and asked for feedback during the massage. I would certainlyr recommend Luna Spa for future visits.

I really enjoyed my spa time here I had a pedicure ($7.00 AUD) with polish change and a cream hair bath ($6.00 AUD). I thought the spa was clean and seemed to have a lot of customers coming and going over all I will return when we next stay in Legian.

Therapist with attitude who just didn't want to be there & 2 hour treatment that only lasted 1 hour (I checked the clock before & after). When I complained they tried to justify their actions & got nasty. Will never return.

The staff here are very professional and friendly. My husband has a bad back, he told the girls and they fully accommodated his needs for a back massage. It actually made him feel so much better

The first time I went into the Luna Spa I got foot reflexology 60 mins, my partner got a Balinese massage 60 min. We both enjoyed our massages and booked in for the next day. I went to another spa and I got the worst manicure and pedicure in my life! This lovely lady I meet by the name of... More

Luna Spa is worth the visit. The packages are great value and it is always busy. You may have to book. Mala was very friendly and professional. I definitely recommend this place. The negative comments are personal opinion, I wasn't bothered by the chatter or the coming and going (which was to get clean water). I had package 1 -... More

The girls who work here are all so unprofessional. Constantly laughing, joking and snickering while looking at you and back to their friends. Talking in Indonesian and doing the absolute bare minimum to you. Would not go back. Save your money and go elsewhere.
