A beautiful palace surrounded by even more beautiful grounds. The view from the top overlooking the palace to the sea was indescribable. Highly recommended.

There are a few old photos of the last Raja of Karangasem and his family displayed inside but they don’t tell the detail history of it. Took about one hour to explore the area while having some water.

Part of the Windy 500 Global Mystery Tour. 50k entry fee. A series of ornate pools with fish. The palace is a pretty small summer house rather than a palace. Not as good as the water palace. Pleasant enough for 30 mins stroll.
