If you need to lower your blood pressure a few notches (in a good way!) come stroll thru this beautiful place. Very relaxing and beautiful. Well worth a trip.

The Greensboro Arboretum is a hidden gem with amazing greenery and views. Plenty of history can be sighted during a stroll through the greens. Bring the family and especially children so that they can develop a true appreciation for nature. Enjoy

Beautiful and peaceful experience, has a lot of species of plants, trees and flowers. Just sit on a bench with a good book and forget the world for an hour or two.

This place should be called the Greensboro Arboretum & Botanical Garden. We visited over the Labor Day weekend, so there were plenty of summer flowers still in bloom. We strolled through most of the park, & there were plenty of benches where we could sit to enjoy the views. The only flaws with the place -- a highway runs alongside... More

This is a beautiful and fun place to take a walk. Pets are welcome, they have one fountain near the Ashland entrance with a stainless steel pet dish for giving water to your pet. The space is a very imaginative use of a high power line right of way. They have essentially landscaped what would have been totally wasted space... More

Whenever I need some solitude, I really love to visit this area. Easy to find parking, and easy to navigate.

It's nice to go to a public park and find clean restrooms and a welcome center. The art installations are above par and very lovely. Great location for picnics, play time or even quiet time. Nice, wide sidewalks are convenient and the facilities are all accessible for those with disabilities.

You can get a visual perspective of the change in seasons at the Arboretum. Spring and Summer are spectacular, but Fall and even Winter have things to offer. You can walk at your own pace on paved pathways which should be easily accessible to wheelchairs. Plantings are clearly labeled and close to the walking path, so you will know what... More

Had a wonderful afternoon here. The grounds are well maintained and the scenery is beautiful. My favorite thing about our trip was seeing the giant wind chimes.
