This was my 3rd visit to the valley as it's my favourite place in Morocco. It is no good for anyone with mobility issues, there are cafes to rest at on the way up and down if rest of needed.

No there is a good amount of walking in difficult terrain involved. Plus the drive from Marrakech is 3 hrs
