I went in March and the waterfall inside was nearly all frozen. Once inside the cave, the ice is very slippery. I'm assuming as summer progresses, the ice thins out.

So I have a low riding car, how do I see that falls? Hike up there? It's 3 miles right?

Can midsize SUV be able to drive up there to the parking lot through bumpy road? How bad the road is? Will it be a safe hike to go with a 5 year old?
