You pay $8 just to get in to the parking lot, and then you pay $25 per person for someone to drive you in a rickety truck for 15 minutes on a VERY bumpy ride to the opening of the slot. From there, our guide was not very knowledgeable about the geology. But she would grab our cameras and take... More

We took a slot canyon tour. It was very windy and we got sand blasted. However the tour of the canyon was awesome. We were led by a native guide who was quite laid back almost bored. It was late in the day. Maybe one too many tours? I don't know. It was crowded. Perhaps there could be some sort... More

Antelope canyons, both upper and lower are very accessible from Hwy 98 out of Page just before the power plant, it’s hard to miss! They are very popular because they are so accessible and are easy to walk through, especially the upper canyon; and of course because they are fascinating and beautiful. This comes at a price though, the price... More

The canyons were gorgeous, but our family was herded through like cattle. It was difficult to truly appreciate and take in all of the brilliance of the canyons because of the masses of people in the canyons at one time. It was beautiful to see. We took a tour from town. I would recommend just going to the canyon and... More

Visited antelope canyon on a road trip . Hiked Lower antelope rather than upper, just as amazing and less crowded. Use Lower Antelope Canyon tours & if as fortunate as us will get Chris Chief as guide. Arrived appx 10:30 am and were on out tour within 15 minutes. Chris was very informative, helpful, leisurely walk thru slot with time... More

I am an experienced traveler having circled the globe twice for business and pleasure and remained in various countries in Europe and the Far East for periods that extended from two weeks to six months. I normally take a guided tour only when there is a major language barrier or site restrictions require that a guide accompany me. The latter... More

I visited the canyon with a photographer friend. We paid $80 each for the photographers pass. The canyon was still packed with other tour groups so it was hard to set up and get a good shot without someone in it. But with the pass you got a little more time and freedom inside the canyon to get some good... More

Decided to tour the upper canyon when we arrived in Page. Went to Antelope Canyon Tours, the blue 4 wheel drive trucks were curious. They said we could have a tour in 45 minutes. So, we paid and signed up. Arriving back, the office was filled with Asian people and we didn't know what was going to happen. There was... More

This really is as beautiful as it looks in the pictures. Unlike a lot of attractions where there is just one corner which is pretty, this is a couple of hundred metres long! A couple of tips though... I did one of the tours from the town. This seemed like a waste of money because it was much cheaper to... More
