.NYCCT Hospitiality Garden Club has space up here that the club leases. Its amazing. It was difficult the first time. Someone has be take you initially to get you there but once you get there its worth the effort.

I am sure this is too late for your fireworks viewing. A wheelchair could definitely access the rooftop, but I think the narrow and uneven paths between the crops would be too difficult to navigate.
