Of course we love Nailed It, so when we saw Jacques' chocolate store was nearby we decided to check it out. Some really delicious truffles, and the ice cream was also very good.

After reading all the great reviews on this chocolate shop I was excited to visit DUMBO and check out the store. Tried a few of the truffles and found them to be good but not special as I was expecting. The shop was fairly crowded...More

Because I no longer live in NYC, I have to order Jacques Torres' products online. His chocolates are good, but what keeps me coming back are the huge chocolate chunk cookies! The chocolate is wonderful as is the cookie itself. And to make them even...More

There is something here to please everyone in your group. Most of my family loves chocolate so they delighted in the many chocolate treats, cookies, and such. I am not a big chocolate fan, but I thoroughly enjoyed the coffee and gelato served here.

I’ve been on a mission to try great chocolate everywhere I am in the world. The weird thing is that Jacques Torres has been here where I live (actually the one I’m near most is in Grand Central) I didn’t rush to try but maybe...More

The cookie here is so rich and full of chocolate chunks--you have to get it. I got the iced hot chocolate, which was just ice cream blended with whatever else. I would skip that, as the cookie and the drink were way too rich, but...More

As we explored NYC, we took the approach of trying a little here and a little there. Unfortunately, we weren't too hungry when we stopped here, and we were about to walk the Brooklyn Bridge (not the best situation for carrying chocolate!). We grabbed a...More

Whenever I visit New York city, I will stop by Jacques Torres on upper west side. My favorite is wicked hot chocolate. I like to feel in my mouth a taste of spice which enhances rich, creamy chocolate drink. The only thing I don't enjoy...More

Based on the glowing Frommer's review, we searched out this shop for some ice cream after walking the Brooklyn Bridge. What a letdown. I had a scoop of salted caramel ice cream in a cone. It was the smallest scoop I've ever seen--probably 2 tablespoons...More
