Back in the day this was not a good place. Now with gentrification it is a viable place to live and visit. there are many cool shops, cafes and restaurants now.

This is a trendy Brooklyn town. Great brownstones, parks, and good eats up and down Dekalb Ave that spills out into Fulton Mall (Junior's)

What a difference time makes. When I was young, I could not walk safely in Fort Greene. Now there is cutlural diversity, with young sheek people walking their dogs, fancy places to eat, a great park... All I can say is Wow.

Pleasant to spend some time walking there. It is hilly so good views of surrounding buildings, though Manhattan largely hidden by trees. Small museum in the centre.

We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood. We always felt safe and enjoyed several restaurants in the area.

Great little park, beautiful trees, very dog-friendly; pick-up games, tennis courts, monuments, farmers' market, and lots of amazing restaurants!
