There are lots of streets with 100 year old brownstones that are being renovated at an amazing rate. It is filled with life and young families running, biking and generally having a good time. Lots of resturants and shopping in the area.

This is a great neighborhood to walk around. Lots of shops, restaurants and bars to meet everyone's need. It is also very quiet except when the churches ring their beautiful sounding bells on the hour.

Such a lovely neighborhood and who would think in Brooklyn I would wake up every morning to the soft clucking of chickens. Close to the water, subway, and too many good restaurants.

Lovely park in Brooklyn. Handy to subway and stores yet a tranquil place to walk and relax. Centre of a nice small town athmosphere. Would go back there again.

The area is well situated and good for family, singles, and elderly Brooklyn's Carroll Gardens neighborhood shows its heritage in the many traditional Italian cafes and shops on Court and Smith streets. Weekend open market with fresh goods, plenty of specialty grocers such as Un...More
