The Brooklyn Bridge is a fun place to walk but prepare for crowds. There are tourists everywhere, cyclist speeding by way too fast and so much chaos. We made the mistake of not going early and were met with hordes of people. It was a fun thing to mark off our bucket list but I don't know that I'd do... More

You better don't miss this walk, outstanding views of NY. Really enjoyable. My suggestion is to go there around sunset and enjoy the night lights on the way back.

The Brooklyn Bridge is something you need to do when you come to NYC. I mean, every time. No matter how much you already did it, you have to cross it by any weather. Little tip: get into the East River Boat to the Brooklyn Bridge to reach the Brooklyn side. So you'll have the view on Manhattan while crossing... More

We walked across the Brooklyn Bridge on a blustery November day, but it was an unforgettable experience and the wind didn't slow us down. It was actually somewhat calmer out on the bridge, and not as cold as it was on the city streets. The skyline views were spectacular, and the history presented on the bridge was wonderful. We enjoyed... More

Have done the walk several times but never made it all the way to Brooklyn and Dumbo. Just to say keep going and enjoy the most wonderful views from the east river, and get to sample the vibe of this historic part of New York. A hidden gem.

Walking across the Brooklyn Bridge has been on my NYC bucket list for a few years, I finally checked it off on my last visit. Very easy to find the starting point on any GPS. Watch out for bikes! There is a separate lane for bikes and walkers, and when it is crowded, it is hard to stay in the... More

Gorgeous views of Manhatten and great food around :) Best time we had was getting a slice of pizza and admiring the views from under the bridge.

Nice view! Sunny blue skies, the sea, the pier, River Cafe, the bridge and the skyline of NY! We had the chance to visit early in the morning, not so crowded and perfect weather. Easy to get there by subway from Rockefeller Center and 5 min walk!
