Even though it is a busy walk up onto the bridge, it is worth it for the views. Just be careful of the cyclists who don’t slow down for you if you step into their lane by mistake! Be prepared for loads of crowds in...More

We did a tour starting from the Manhattan side and ending at Dumbo. Well worth every cent. Amazing views and our guide was informative and interesting. Learn about the building of the bridge and so much more.

On Sunday morning we (wife and myself) decided to take a walk on the Brooklyn Bridge Promenade. There were many local venders selling different items at the start of our walk and their prices were much lower than those in the stores and souvenir shops....More

I would recommend the guided tour which lasted for 2 and half hours. An excellent guide who kept a group of around 30 people fully engaged and without losing anyone. The walk over the Bridge itself was busy and there are many photo opportunities both...More

Yes there are many benches along the bridge. But people do use them to stand on for elevated photo op's so don't wear light coloured pants!

Yes. You are free to walk across the bridge as you please. It's about 1.3 miles one way. Just be wary of the bike lane, as it can get crowded on foot. Do not walk in the bike lane, that's a huge no-no. Though during the day... More
