I was a vendor at this event this year. I PAID for a 10x10 booth what I got was a 6x4 table. When I spoke to the person in charge I was told I had to "deal with it or leave and lose your money" I couldn't believe the attitude and nastiness of the person running the event. When I... More

We attended a performance by the UMW Philharmonic with guest appearances by Jose Carreras, Celine Byrne and conductor David Gimenez. A fantastic appearance by all. Check the University website for future productions. cas,umw.edu/music/concert-schedules.

Gorgeous campus! Very nice area just for walking children or pets. Not sure of day-to-day activities on campus for the public, but just a walk on the campus is relaxing and peaceful.

The Symphony at Christmas is well worth attending every year. It sets the stage for the Season. Don't miss it very well done.

Ridderhof Martin is the art gallery/museum that's in a separate building. It also houses the school's permanent art collection. DuPont gallery features more contemporary exhibitions as well as student and faculty work. It's worth a trip to see what the student artists are producing. There's a lot of talent at the school!
