This free bus service is extraordinary. Two routes around the city with busses that run approximately every ten minutes. Friendly drivers and plenty of stops that allow you to get within an easy walk of most places in the historic district.

We rented an Airb&b that was just about 3 city blocks from a ‘dot’ bus stop. We were able to get everywhere we wanted to visit in Savannah on this city route, or by changing buses to the other ‘dot’ route around the city. I...More

Service runs two routes, one around the perimeter of Savannah Historic District and another north and south closer in to the squares. No fee, drop off every few blocks, buses every 10 minutes. How can anyone complain about this free service? Savannah really cares about...More

A great safety value to all who uses the system. It's available day & night, due to the extended schedules, issued recently.

Thank you Savannah for providing a free shuttle for tourists. What a fabulous idea. This bus had plenty of stops in the historic district. It came every 10 minutes. Saved on trying to find those hard to find parking spots. We used it several times...More

Free dot transportation is FREE! Need I say more ?! Runs about every 10-15 mins and stops at every convenient location that you can think of. The only downside is that it stops early evening (around 7pm) so you may have to either walk or...More

The staff wasn't rude, just no personality. One would hardly speak loud enough for us to hear him or look at us when asked a question, the other was better but neither appeared to like their job. BUT this FREE service is great! We did...More

Two free shuttle buses which tour around in rectangles in the historic district. They arrive every 10 minutes and allow a visitor to quickly assess which areas warrant further investigation on foot. Drivers were courteous and friendly. Windows could do with a clean.
