Walked to the park to see the fountain, worth it. Large park surrounded by beautiful, historic homes. Very quiet area. Only disappointed that the flower garden, walled off area with iron gates, closed at 2:00.

The fountain looks like it should be in France. The park is large and doesn't feel crowded even if there are lots of people. Wonderful place to sit and relax.

There's always something going on here--walkers, joggers, bikes. Beautiful fountain, sports, concerts, food festivals, Saturday market, hip coffee shop (The "Bean"), health food/vitamin store, nearby restaurants and shops. Oh, and by the way, 250+ year-old Live Oak trees throughout. Best park ever.
