The fountain and park with those old oak trees is quite the attraction here. Lovely to walk however please be aware of your surroundings. Felt a little uncomfortable in the park. People sleeping on benches and homeless. Put out a bad vibe.
This is THE place to see Savannah, a place where tourists and locals alike can hang out and enjoy a nice relaxing afternoon or evening and gaze upon the gorgeous Victorian fountain underneath the live oaks.

The park is very nice, but the main attraction is the beautiful fountain!! Makes a great background shot for photos! Unfortunately, they were cutting the grass and it was just blowing all over when we were there and for us allergy sufferers, it was bad!
This is a beautiful park with the 1 mile path around it, perfect for a run. Beautiful fountains, playgrounds, gardens, etc. We were there on a Saturday and they had a great farmers market full of fresh produce and home made goodies. There’s an amphitheater...More
