Forsyth Park is a lovely strolling park. The oaks with their spanish moss cover a large portion of the walking area providing a nice cooling effect and shade. The fountain is gorgeous and stunning.

Lovely place. Beautiful fountain and trees. No matter the temperature it is cool in the park. We had a wonderful time.

This park is well maintained. The fountain is worth seeking in person. Pictures don't do it justice. Go visit the Historic District in Savannah and take a walk through the park. It is well worth it!

Park was clean we only visited the fountain. The only issue we had was the homeless population which seemed to be the same around the city.

Home of the Savannah Jazz Festival late Septembers. Historic part of town. One awesome fountain, friendly people who do not chit chatting with out-of-towners, start up hoops if you're into that. Small enough to cover in an hour walking perimeter as well as inside.

Thank gliderTom

A great fountain in the middle of this square is a Savanna must see. It is a great place to set in bench and just take it all in.

When I saw this fountain in Southern Magazine I knew I had to make it a stop on our tour of the city, and I was not disappointed! Gorgeous! A must see!

My wife and I spent some time at this park on a weekend trip to Savannah. This park is really cool, the fountain is beautiful and it's just a really nice place to take a walk or to hang out. I highly recommend checking it...More
