I really enjoyed this museum. I went here for my father-in-law who served in the Navy. However I really enjoyed this museum also. Lots of models and very well done.

I love walking around the ground of the Ships of the Sea Museum. The building is nicely restored. There are models of old ships significant to Savannah history.

Small Museum, but interesting and informative. You can walk through in an hour or two. Worth a visit.

If you like maritime history, be sure to give it a go. It's very well done. The old mansion housing the museum is also quite attractive.
