Poor attitude from ticket booth manager? Didn't hesitate to share her poor feelings about us not having a voucher printed and not the evoucher!! Apparently we created more work for her! She is the only one to tell us Gray Line doesn't take an evoucher as stated on TripAdvisor!!!!!!! The tour guide Stephanie? was great.

We decided to take this tour because they require you to first take a 90 minute tour of Savannah before taking advantage of the hop on and off and the price was a little lower than other trolley tours. By doing the complete tour first, we were able to get a good picture of where things were located and found... More

1. We decided to charge the price of the tour. The lady who took them charge had to hand write a receipt on a plain scrap of paper. When I questioned this, she advised me that their credit card printer has been broken for quite some time, so she was unable to print does the normal charge receipt. This makes... More

This wasn't exactly the hop on, hop off tour bus experience that we were used to with Big Bus Tours. But we were extremely happy that they allowed small dogs.

I was a little skeptical about going on a trolley tour but my husband, parents, and I had such a great time and it was really due to our wonderful guide and driver, Stephanie. She was so insightful and funny and gave us an excellent tour of historic Savannah in a lilting German accent that was so pleasant to listen... More

Went to the Savannah welcome center and got on Trolly. Enjoyed a 90 min tour of the town then had option to be dropped off in heart of town to explore or to ride trolly back to our car. We chose to get off and explore the city by walking. After lunch and couple hours of sightseeing we just called... More

We bought the tickets on-line. I even talked with the owner to find out that they would pick us up from our hotel and take us back there when it was over. Also, we didn't have to start at 9 am as the voucher said; we could start on the next available start time. Well, that's exactly what happened! We... More

This is a 90 minute narrated tour of the historic area. once the tour is complete passengers are dropped at last site (if they want to continue exploring on their own). Then when they wish to go to another area they call dispatch to send a shuttle bus to take them to requested destination. I like the system in St.... More

This was the ghosts of Savannah evening trolley tour. It was not scary, but some of the stories were a bit racy and gory for little ones. Haunted homes, hotels, and other buildings were pointed out and the driver/tour guide told the stories that led to the hauntings by unsettled spirits. There was a good variety of sights and stories,... More
