Hello and thank you for your interest in Savannah Day Spa. Since we are a day spa and not a destination spa we do not offer a common relaxation room with locker or hydro services. Some of our treatment rooms do have showers and soaking tubs. You can schedule a soak, shower, or couples retreat suite add on service while making reservations over the phone. Clients undress in the massage room before their service and redress in the same room. We schedule time before and after the massage to accommodate clients changing before and after their services and to allow a full 60 or 90 minutes for the massage. However, unless you have scheduled to use our shower facilities the treatment rooms may be scheduled for other clients shortly after your services. Please feel free to call or email us with any other questions.

Seems like a rude and ridiculous question, the way it was put anyways. A lot of places have you fill out the forms to gain knowledge of any past or current medical problems, which you then sign and date, to attest that you have provided any & all pertinent information, & that massage will not be contraindicated to any condition you may have. It's about liability; not inconvenience or mailing lists.
