Factors Walk is a unique collection of red brick buildings located on a bluff above the River Walk section of Savannah. These building were formally the center of commerce for the local cotton traders. They have been converted into restaurants, shops and hotels and to...More
If you love American history please do not miss this special part of savannah. I was in awe of how well this area has been protected and preserved. More historical plaques would have been better. Preserving the old buildings and using these establishments for shops...More
Visiting Savannah you have to see this fine old stretch of hotels and shops. It’s much nicer than River Street, believe you me.
With cobble streets, brick buildings, and very steep stairs, it's easy to imagine what this would have looked like centuries ago. It's really basically a part of River Street, but definitely walking down both!

We rented 228 E. Factors Walk for 3 nights when we visited Savannah for our niece's destination wedding. This place is right on River Street in the middle of all of the action. Shops, Restaurants, entertainment galore. If you want to be in the middle...More
Nice Restaurant's, shops and views of river. Look out for the huge tankers passing through, very impressive sight.
