I have played this course for the last five years and love every visit. Always demanding tee shots with large greens that require expert reading to solve. Mystic is in the top 5 of my all time favorites and one of Pete Dye's best.

Very challenging Golf Course. Stay out of the rough, keep to the fairways. Nice Scenery. We were told we had to take a Caddy, so we did. He was actually a wonderful caddy. We noticed on the 2nd hole the two groups in front of us did not have caddies, they did not need them because they were members. On... More

A great overall experience. Home to the PGA tour event from 2003-2006. Mystic Rock is a great top rated golf course. The premium rate accounts for the round, GPS enabled golf carts, a forecaddie and bottled water. Overall, it was a very challenging course and certainly worth playing in the area. The locker room was also very well appointed with... More

Great golf course, nice views and good character. There were four in our group and the pace of play was perfect. Very nice practice range and greens. Clubhouse merchandise way overpriced which is to be expected. Would definitely recommend and would go back again!

Great course at Nemacolin built by Pete Dye, generally at the top of the hills/mountain. This was our 5th trip there in 18 years - much has changed, but Mystic Rock remains a high point at the resort. Greens, fairways and tees were all in resort ++ shape. Only made a trip once in the Fall - the colors are... More

Enjoyed the weekend experience with our teenage children. Lots of activities and things to do. Although a quick trip to Nemacolin, the place was filled with memorable activities.

I reserved this course simply due to the location for our friends traveling from all over the East / Midwest. I did not golf with the guys. However, this group of four men, all golf scholarship winners, amateur golfers in their own areas, agreed this was one of their favorite courses. This with 40 degree temps, and snow when the... The course itself is beautiful and the staff is amazing. When we went in the heart of the golf season, we were all very disappointed with the poor, poor quality of the greens and fairways. We could've went to the summit for a fraction of the price and the greens are in the same shape!

If you are looking for a standard, every-day golf course, Mystic Rock may not be for you. If you want a beautiful track with rolling fairways, elevated tee boxes and challenging greens, this could be your place. It isn't tricked up with a lot of blind shots and gotcha pin positions. What you see is what you get, and what... More

Great golf course, former 84 Lumber Classic PGA event was hosted here for many years. Course has some very challenging holes mixed with some very reasonable holes. Caddie service is excellent and the views are spectacular.
