Charlie and the chocolate Factory is a very good show for old and young. The Hippodrome, however, was renovated for folks 5foot 5 inches tall. Seats are narrow and low. My better half is 5 foot 2 inches and was very comfy. I'm 6 foot...More

This theater is beautiful! Absolutely gorgeous. It had been awhile since we were here and we came to see the Nutcracker, we were very excited. The seats though!!!! Worse than airline seats. I am 5 ' 7" and couldn't sit with my bent knees in...More

Great venue, for an amazing show. I've seen les Misérables several times before, but this is the first time visiting this theater. It is beautiful. Also this is the first time that I have seen a venue where you could buy drinks and snacks for...More

We went to see Les Mis at the Hipprodome. The show was outstanding. The venue is the pitts. We were seated at the end of Row R. Our view of about the left third of the stage was obstructed. Frequently we heard people singing, whom...More

I've had season tickets to the Broadway series since 2008. Always an enjoyable experience, even if the play wasn't to my taste. Just NEVER eat at the Hipp café.

We've been going to the Hippodrome for over 2 years now that we have more leisure time. The shows are reasonable and varied mostly musicals from the Broadway tradition.

Went to the musical "On Your Feet!" and the Hippodrome was a fun venue for as upbeat as the event was. The crowd itself was friendly and the concession prices were reasonable. Venue was within a walkable distance to the Inner Harbor area so no...More

If they use a seat you pay for the seat. I don't recommend bringing infants because of the noise.
