Inexpensive way to get a great view of the city and the water. Go 1/2 hour before sunset for a great view.

It was a nice view...but thats about it. A few factoids here and there...but not worth it. You'd be better off going over to Federal Hill park across the harbor (as shown in the pic)

We passed the Trade Centre building and stopped at the 9/11 memorial outside. We thought that the building was too low to provide a decent view of Baltimore and didn't bother going up. Judging from other reviews we may have been wrong

Been to Baltimore quite often and always wanted to see things from above. The views are amazing. This is worth every penny to go up.

It is well worth the $5, but you can also often find a deal on groupon.
