The cost is cheap and the view from the 27th floor is amazing. The self guiding exhibits both explain what you are viewing and tell a bit of Baltimore's history. One side is dedicated to the 9-11 attacks with the names of those lost as...More

Affordable for families, and nice views of the entire city. Love the different displays and explanations relating to Sept. 11.

This is a good view of the City and reasonably priced. After visiting The Empire State in New York and Willis Tower in Chicago this was a bit under whelming but it is the best view in Baltimore.

Been to Baltimore several times...never went to Top of World Obs. If panoramic views are your thing...don't miss this reasonably priced attraction in the center of Inner Harbor..

I've never thought this was a good deal, about $6/7 to go up in a not very tall building to see the Harbor - which is perfectly visible on land. But, it was a very good view, better than I thought once we got there,...More

It is well worth the $5, but you can also often find a deal on groupon.
