- John P6 contributionsCamden Yards: Where Baseball Tradition Meets Modern ComfortIt is like a baseball time capsule, combining the best of classic charm with modern comfort. The red-brick exterior exudes a timeless vibe, and once inside, the intimate setting and perfect views create a genuine connection to the game. Whether you're into the history of baseball or just want to soak in the excitement of the moment, Camden Yards has that perfect blend, making it a must-visit spot for any fan looking for a truly authentic baseball experience.Visited September 2023Travelled with familyWritten 16 December 2023
- Rudy BOcean City, Maryland1,124 contributionsA Very Nice Ballpark - Would Go Here AgainI organized getting 36 tickets for the Yankee game. It's a nice ballpark and the warehouse/Eutaw street venue has plenty of options for eating and team swag. The only issue I had was the group sales office sent me electronic tickets so it was an inconvenience trying to get everyone into the park. However, luckily we got to the park 15-minutes after the gates open so people didn't have time to go exploring outside the ballpark. If you plan to get there real early, you should get paper tickets or make sure everyone knows how to load the MLB app on their phones so you can transfer them the e-tickets. We were all senior citizens and I was the one with the MLB app. Also, if you are bringing a group on a bus directly to the ballpark, be advised that the website does not have correct info on the three bus drop off points. The parking attendants will give your driver a hard time. Also, after the game buses are not allowed to pick up people at Gate A until all the passenger cars are gone. SO your group will have to wait a long time to be picked up. Overall we had a great time despite some of our issues.Visited May 2024Travelled with friendsWritten 3 May 2024
- Mary SNew Jersey15 contributionsA beautiful ballpark - well maintained and clean!Great experience at this ballpark. We haven't been here for 20 years, and the ballpark still looks newer. It is well maintained and clean - we were very impressed! Staff appear to enjoy their jobs, making for a fun experience! Advice to future fans - check the 'seat view' online when purchasing tickets. We were thrilled to be in the shade, but the upper half of the view of the large screen in the outfield was blocked by camera crew balcony. We were in section 53.Visited June 2024Travelled with familyWritten 22 June 2024
- BizCatHubbard, Ohio129 contributionsGreat Ballpark!I've been wanting to go to this stadium for years and finally made it happen. The stadium is very nice and clean. Look around for the $4.10 menu - a great way to save money on concessions. Plenty of other options for food and drinks scattered around. I really appreciated Eutaw Street, which was very cool to look at the historical moments. My only complaint was the team store - it was so chaotic and unorganized. They let everyone in at once and you can't walk around and browse.Visited July 2024Travelled with familyWritten 13 August 2024
- RobertoisfunFredericksburg, Virginia1,047 contributionsAlways a Great time at Camden Yards! My Honey and I come up here every year to visit and attend a couple ballgames. This year our schedule did not allow us to see those darn Yankees but we did attend the "Beltway Series" and watch our second favorite team the Nats. We enjoy watching the games from different viewpoints. This year we watched from sections 26 and 50. We went to the Oriole's website and bought thru SeatGeek. You are able to experience your view before purchasing which is helpful. I noticed there were a few complaints listed here about no vendors in stands. I think this was the case last year, but this year ( a couple weeks ago) there were plenty of vendors, at least in our sections. We loved this Ballpark! The food is good and the ambiance is outstanding and Memorable. The only concern I had was there didn't seem to be enough TV screens in the concession area. I could hear the cheers but alas not the action while in lines. Always a great had visiting one of the best ballparks I have had the pleasure attending. I wanted to give a shout out to the ballpark employees. Every employee we encountered were happy, friendly and professional. Not always a given now a days. Looking forward to our next year's trip.Visited August 2024Travelled as a coupleWritten 24 August 2024

The only negative was the sixty dollar price tag on the souvenir t-shirts. The show was well worth the money.Visited September 2024Travelled as a coupleWritten 16 September 2024

My husband and I, and 6 dear friends attended two games at Camden Yards. The Yankees were in town in late July and we were excited to see the games with our friends.
The Park is both beautiful and intimate. We were in section 49 the first night, and 47 the second, both undercover. These sections are on the visitors side between home plate and 3rd base. The seats are generally well-spaced and comfortable. The views of the field were wonderful.
On the concessions side, the beers were large and comparably priced to a standard size beer at a bar. Water is expensive, but you can bring in two bottles of your own. Food is typically expensive ballpark prices, but like what you would pay at a restaurant.
Check the Park bag policy online before you bring a bag. Larger bags are not allowed, but there are lockers you can rent to store them in.
I think you cannot not have fun at Orioles Park at Camden Yards! It's baseball with family and friends. All good!

We came here for the Yankee series. It was kind of sad. The Oriole fans have obviously given up hope on their team and the stadium reflects it. A majority of the vendors are closed meaning long lines at the few that were open. Looking forward to trying the crabcake it took about 25 minutes. I don't blame the employees but management. You have one person at a register and one person making and serving the crabcakes. That was it. Then we went went to get a burger, basically they are sitting under a heat lamp. Was not good. We had club level tickets. The pluses were AC inside and there were so few people you could have a row to yourself. Negatives again, maybe three vendors open. The second day we just wanted a hot dog but there had to be 50 people on line, again, one register maybe two other serving. passed and just got pizza since the line was short. Disappointing experience

Camden Yards is really a classic American ballpark, one of the few left. I go to games when the Twins visit each season and I enjoy myself each time. There is a lot if history around the park, there are places with significant moments that have taken place, or commemorating legends of the game. The main building use to be the B&O warehouse, and in 1993 Ken Griffey Jr. hit the warehouse with a ball hit in fair territory. He has been the only player to do so.
The staff is very kind, I’ve always encountered someone who went beyond to talk or help me make my experience better; whether giving me insight on the best seats for the next game or directing me to the best spots to obtain autographs. On my first visit I can under the covering on the first level, and it will obstruct your vision of the field, but will keep you dry when it rains. Personally, I recommend sitting in the outfield or near the dugouts for the best views.
Insightful tip, I’ve heard that walk-in tickets are available after the third inning for five dollars. So, if you are not interested in seeing a certain team and just want to take in a game and see the park this is the way to do it.

Been here many times as a localish resident from Fairfax County (VA) since the parks inception. As the first retro ballpark it was quite unique at the time & was a major upgrade from Memorial Stadium. Also, coming from the south, the fact that it was much closer in, made it better for me back then.
Now, as real out-of-towner, I drove here from PA to catch some games. On a Saturday afternoon I wanted to get tickets in advance for a 5:00pm game around 1:30pm, as I went out of my way to get to the stadium. I wanted to avoid the wait at the ticket booth & be able to walk right inside. But it ain't happenin'. There is no open ticket booth on the day of a game, except for 90 minutes prior to the game. I have a good mind not to go, but after driving 250 miles & spending for a hotel, I suppose I will. And it's not as though they have all that many season ticket holders like the Ravens, who probably sell very few tickets on a gameday. My only conclusion is that the team is too cheap to pay someone to "man" the booth for a few hours. Whatever else the positive aspects of this place are, this overrides all of it.

It's hard to believe that Oriole Park at Camden Yards is 30 years old. Everything is a well maintained and cheerful setting. Parking was easy. People were encouraged not to bring bags, and therefore lines for people with just wallets and phones moved quickly. The various areas for food and merchandise were well organized providing a wide variety of options. The color combination of bright green grass, red brick buildings and brilliant blue sky was appealing. Our seats were located well just beyond third base in a section shaded by the building itself. Unfortunately the seats were ideal for children, not large or tall adults. Also the sound level from the speakers was disconcerting. That said, the mixed crowd of local and away team fans clearly enjoyed themselves. The preservation of the site is laudable.

Camden Yards is for baseball only. It was build in 1992, to replace legendary Memorial Stadium. It is located in the downtown area of Baltimore City, only blocks from its celebrated "Inner Harbor." From time to time, I attend the Orioles' games. I recall one from last year against the then-reigning champs, the Boston Red Sox. Unfortunately, the Sox won that one and shut out the Orioles. Just about every seat in this fabulous stadium is a good one for a baseball fan. Camden Yards is also pretty close to historic Fort McHenry, about a fifteen minute trip by car. I am a proud resident of Baltimore City.

It had been a few years since I had been back to Oriole Park and this visit just reinforced what a magnificent baseball property this is. Having been a season ticket holder for over a decade made it even stranger coming back. The Club level seats just past 3rd base gave us phenomenal views of the field and Baltimore skyline.
There were a few negatives, particularly the price of food. A basic hot ball is $8.25, slice of pepperoni pizza $9.25, bottled water $5.49 and a 16z premium beer, $15.75. This is the reason I stopped buying food/beer here years ago. Fortunately, they do allow 1 bottle of water and knowing the ropes, I was able to get some food items into the ballpark. The players, ballclub and players union will never get together to curb this upward spiral.

Beautiful ballpark, outstanding service from a very pleasant and hard working employer. She is the nicest person I have met in years! Classy fans putting up with all of us Yankees fans over the weekend with minimal verbal exchanges. Well done!

We have been trying to visit as many MLB ballpark as we can, as we travel. Orioles Park has an old fashioned charm, with lots of signs and banners dealing with team history and famous players.
The concession areas were clean and well signed, and the food was decent.
This was a day game, and the attendance was low, but the fans were enthusiastic, The Birds were playing the Astros, who had the best record in the MLB, and the fans got a treat when the Orioles won the game on a walk-off homer.
We always root for the home team

I did not notice anything but there appear to be lockers outside the stadium so it would seem to be a yes. I have no idea how full they get and what would happen if there was not one available. But I would hope they would be reasonable. See the "bag policy" on the Orioles A to Z Information on the mlb website. Web links are not allowed for posting on answers but I expect if you google Baltimore Orioles bag policy you can find it.

Going into the park straight from a bus and will have a large bag with me, is there a place I can leave it with security outside? Or will I not be able to go to the game?

Check w/the the Hilton, a half block away, I'm pretty sure for a tip they will store ur bag.

are early do the parking garages open? We want to arrive in the afternoon for a 7pm game and walk around the inner harbor a little bit. Would like to park near the stadium first

We arrived at noon for a 7pm game last Friday. We parked in Lot C right outside the ballpark for only $20. We had time to take a tour of the Ballpark, which I highly recommend, and have a late lunch at Hard Rock at Inner Harbor. Check out Lot C.

You can easily get an uber or left at the ballpark or at the marina a few blocks away. It’s a short ride to Penn Station.

Most typically in upper deck or far back under protective areas.

If you are in harbor area, use the designated sidewalks up to Camden Yards. There’s lots of people walking to game from there and lots of security.
