I hopped on "Old 300," and it was like Mr. Rogers had come back to life. All of my childhood friends were there - Owl, Platypus, Mr. Green Jeans, H.R. Puff n Stuff, Grape Ape. Granted, most of them never appeared on Mr. Roger's Neighborhood....More

I love rolling stock of yesterday, and with the Riverfront Trolley, that was right up my alley. Riding along the banks of the mighty Columbia river was a real treat. You get to see places of interest that are well worth a look after the...More

The trolley captains are experts at local Trivia and are always great with directions. Do this every day as the crew changes.

Ride an "old time" trolly for about a mile and listen to the narration of what was. Cost is cheap, was $1 when we rode. Shut down for the winter at this time.

What a deal $1.00 to ride the Riverfront Trolley. Completely narrated tour of the riverfront. You can get on anywhere the trolley travels as it will stop and let you on by waving a dollar bill. Great way to learn about Astoria.

We took the ride from the cruise terminal all the way down to the end of the line and then came back to the Martime Muesem. Our tour guide was outstanding. She filled us in on all the history of Astoria. In fact she was...More

We took the trolly for $1 from the Riverwalk Inn to town. Uber is not readily available around Astoria so we had to wait on a taxi that was taking 45 minutes +. The trolly was running after hours for a high school reunion and...More

We enjoyed our ride. The in person guys did an excellent job of explaining the history of the area. It was easy to hear and understand them. The price is very reasonable. The only problem is that it is so slow. There are many stops,...More

I suggest you look online at the city's website or call for updated information for the time period you wish to visit. Due to the cars being constructed out of wood, they DO NOT run in inclement weather.

We looked the trolley up online and did not use an APP. We enjoyed just walking through town and driving to the Lavender farms east of town.
