If you're short on time but really want to get a feel for the town of Astoria, you should spend 1-2 hours at this small but informative museum. Two-story with several small rooms focused on the history of the town.

We learned a lot about the history of Astoria, which gave us a good grounding in enjoying the town. The displays were interesting and well-done. Recommend!

You can learn so much from the Heritage Museum! I could have spent hours in here. Also they let you roll the wheel on the 100 year old roulette table so it's worth it just for that alone. Super fun, super interesting, really helpful staff!
