Since building this venue, Jacksonville's cultural scene has expanded exponentially. Big-name concerts that Jax wasn't able to draw before, NCAA basketball games, hockey games... there aren't many weekends Where there is nothing going on here. The arena is easy to navigate, and employees are very...More

Just saw Cher here in February. Seating allows visitors to be close to entertainment and air conditioning is just right.

We took the very convenient water taxi from the Doubletree across the river and appreciated the short walk to the Arena. Traffic was already congested when we got there and were glad we didn't have to find parking. Good sight lines, wide aisles, helpful ushers,...More

Good views from all seats. Wide walkways around seating entrance ways and adequate restrooms, food and souvenir stalls. Traffic cleared well. We arrived via the street with the County jail. It was very backed up, try a different way.

Jacksonville is starting to get big name artists and performances. This venue is very comfortable and most seats are great. I sat one time in the 300 level (or whatever the top tier is). Those are too high!
