Nice place for a long walk. Very interesting and attractive. You can get beautiful pictures. Make sure to get a spray to avoid the insects.

Friendly staff and nice self directed walk of a replica Fort Caroline and Timucuan from the 1500s. Informative displays. No cost, so this is a great stop if you are traveling and want a quick stop to stretch your legs.

The park is rather small, but it's a great way to learn a bit more about the French occupancy in mid-1500s Jacksonville. The ladies working there were very sweet and knowledgeable. My two young sons enjoyed the replica of the fort and the Timucuan structures....More
