There is a $5 per car admission but worth it because once inside the beach is clean and not crowded. There are toilet facilities but not a place to wash sand off your feet. Well worth coming back again

We stopped here to visit family on our way to the Steuart area. They had an extra tent so we ended up camping two nights. We had a blast! The beach was beautiful and they had a really cool bicycle trail system. We rented bikes for a few hours one day and had a ton of fun. The dogs had... More

Jacksonville Beach is great if the days are long because of the limited hours for man's best friend, but it December or the other shorter day months, you and your pooch head to Atlantic Beach and Hanna Park. Everything is absolutely A plus!

We love the old forest, some of the tallest old growth we have seen in our florida parks. Reasonable space between most of the sites and they are kept up. Rules are somewhat controlled, you may have to report issues to get them noticed. I would love to camp here again but WON'T because of the gross, unsanitary, down right... More

My husband and I take our children here often throughout the year. During the summer months we enjoy the beach greatly and in the colder months, the nature trails are breathtaking! Definitely one of our favorite places to be in Jacksonville

Would recommend camping, cabins or just a day visit. Bring bug spray. Staff- Lynn is very friendly, patient & helpful. Reservation -Booked online, didn't mention 50.00 cash deposit in addition to the one I paid for to reserve . So,remember to bring cash. They give it back when you check out. Cabin -Lots near cabin are large and have lots... More

Hannah Park has the State Park feel as you approach the entrance gate with large shady oak trees and moss hanging down. As you traverse around the park by car, bike or on trails you would never believe you never left town. They also have beach access and restrooms w/outside showers. Away from the ocean it offers rustic tent and... More
