Beatutiful theater with great acoustics. Not a bad seat in the house and quick bar service at intermissions. Small ladies room leads to long lines at breaks, so get there before the actual intermissions if you can. Easy parking nearby, even on the street, free...More

This was our second time here, saw Lewis Black about 4 years ago. We would've gone back sooner but there wasn't any performers we wanted to see. We live in Ocala so it's a long drive plus we like to spend a few nights. This...More

The theater is beautiful! The seating is horrible!!! The seats are old old old theater seating that will comfortable hold a small child. No adult small, medium, large, or xlarge could sit comfortably in the seats for a 2-3 hour show. Many people got up...More

What a fun family performance. The Florida Theater is lovely. Do note that there aren’t any restaurants within walking distance open on Sunday. We had hoped to grab a bite before the show. Great time!

The Florida theatre has 1900 seats, a huge theatre and unless you're in the first front rows center you'll feel left out. In addition they are quite happy to allow both video and audio taping. This results in a constant barrage of cell phones pictures...More

My bride and I have walked from the Omni in the past with no problems. We’re in our 60’s. That’s not saying you couldn’t run into street people.
