Hard to find when using Google maps. Look for crosswalks. $3.00 parking fee. Beautiful beach with unbelievable shells and shark teeth. Can be very cool when there is no sun.

Actually the shells were everywhere. Relatively uncrowded beach/nature preserve. Loved the views and the breeze. There were a few who had been out surfing, and a few out walking but mostly people digging through the shells.

We always make a point of visiting this area - the beaches are totally unspoiled - the trails are amazing - one cannot spend enough time in places like this in order to appreciate the wonderful world we live in !

This is probably one of the coolest places locally to view a majority of the local fowl all in one place. If you go for a short paddle you'll see spoonbills, osprey, gulls, ducks, coot, heron, storks and whatever you can spot. There is also...More

Great beach, little traffic, although you do virtually take your life into your hands to cross the highway to get into the park. It's a roll of the dice whether the snowbirds will yield to you or not...otherwise the beach itself is absolutely gorgeous

I have been going to Guana for many years. I was just there last weekend. If you are planning on fishing the dam, get there early and be prepared to arm wrestle to keep your spot. What's pretty cool is just when you think you've...More

We only had a few hours, so we hiked the yellow trail to the intercoastal waterway. There are several trails that we would love to explore when we have more time. If you're a hiker, bring lunch and spend the day. We saw a lot...More

We needed to clear out the cobwebs from a long car ride. We took our bicycles out on a Friday afternoon, and rode to our hearts' content. The trails were so very well done that it looked as though they had just eked out enough...More
