From the National Constitution Center to Independence Hall, this area has green lawns and is walking distance to many other sites. The Liberty Bell is included in this!

All visitors to Philadelphia should visit the Independence Hall which is a mandatory stop. It is the most important building in USA and where the independence act was declared and signed.

Nice little park but no public toilets or parking. Some statues and next to the Liberty Bell. A few restaurants nearby.

Standing in the middle of the mall and viewing Independence Hall one can almost feel the 1700s. The Mall has been well kept and has made minor improvements thoruogh the past few years.

I would say 1.5-2 hours should be good. If you rush and try really hard you can finish it in 45 mins - 1 hour. If I were you I would skip Mutter Museum if I run short on time.
