The shops here are limited, not worth visiting for the shopping, we didn't do the view though. The building is impressive from the outside

there is nothing to eat or shop here. What a waste of nice building. The food court has nothing really to eat and there are only a few shops. I don't get why they did this to nice building.

Not that many stores but the rotunda on the second floor has tables and chairs with a view. Nice place to relax. Food court offers nice variety.
