Staying nearby, we bought tickets for “Tell Me On A Sunday” in the Studio theatre. Unreserved seating, but we arrived early and were near to the stage for this just over one hour song cycle. Well produced and, an excellent performance making for entertaining evening.

I've gotten a subscription for a few years now and it has been a great experience each time I have visited. The shows have been great, the theater is a nice size without feeling cramped but every seat is good. Prices are much cheaper than...More

With a stellar cast (Greg Wood, Mary Martello, Ben Dibble), how could any production go wrong and the production of Noises Off is no exception. This hilarious three act play within a play will have you laughing through each act. Greg Wood is a director...More

The Walnut Theatre need to improve the seats, the seats size are probably from the time when the oldest theater in USA has been built. Other then that I wish they will have chosen better play then “The Humans”. The play itself lacks coherent story...More

Visited this theatre for the first time last night with my wife, to see a "radio show" of the classic "It's a wonderful life." The show was excellent and, in fact, educational. Even though I'm an old f_rt, I wasn't around when they did shows...More

What a great surprise when we walked in to get tickets that night. 1/2 price! The oldest theatre in the country! They were even selling jewelry in the lobby, and I picked up a lovely necklace. Nice theatre that shows a big production but also...More

We had the pleasure to visit the theatre on a Sunday matinee. The grandkids (5 & 7) loved it. The theatre is very nicely located in the downtown area, cosy and not too big. Scrooge was great and we can only recommend this theatre

I just checked the theater's website and it looks like the theater is closed for the month of August. The next show listed is South Pacific on September 6, 2016.

Its not the best, but still good. Theater is small, so unless you are in a far corner, you are fine. Enjoy!
