This park is full of history as well as great hiking. Beware the hiking is mostly very tough. Make sure that the Hensley Settlement is open if you intend to go you must make reservations

Be sure to stop at the museum and take your time. Also don't miss the guided tour bus ride and tour up to the Hensely settlement. SO worth it. We were also thrilled with the Cumberland Falls. Absolutely beautiful!

The marker is at the top of a hill at the end of a trail-there’s a gazebo and a small plaque for each state along with a marker on the ground.
