The culture center is a wonderful place to visit. Live demos of many things from Chickasaw Culture. Wonderful stall and friendly. Reconstructed village is very authentic . It takes approx. 2-3 hrs to go through. There is a small charge unless you are Chickasaw. Very clean.

A group of 4 went there on a Wednesday in May. It's a mixed review for me. The grounds and buildings are a solid 5. All are free except the Poya Exhibit and it is only about $5 each. It gives a great history of the Chickashaw's and don't fail to do this. The only other thing going was a... More

My daughter and I love history, and we found some fascinating facts here, as well as lots of knowledge about the native inhabitants of these lands. there's agif shop and a pond with lots of big fish to feed. Take the little ones. Well presented in a beautiful setting. I would recommend a visit to this great building!

My wife and I went here and had an absolutely great time. There is so much to learn and do. We were taken back by how large the complex was. I think my favorite part of the center was how beautiful the surroundings were. I learned a lot about the Chickasaws and think that this museum makes an excellent impact... More

Great place to visit Take time to walk the grounds and enjoy! The people that work there are really kind and very proud of the history of the Chickasaw.

We went on a weekday morning so we didn't get to see the living village. However, the guide in the museum was happy to spend time teaching us about the tribal history. There's a short movie that highlights history and the people. After that there is an interactive display. It was very easy to find staff and ask questions. The... More

We stopped here for the first time and will definitely be back. The grounds are beautiful and we learned a lot about Chickasaw history. Be sure to see the activities in the village and visit the interactive exhibits. The Buffalo Chili at the café was wonderful and the prices can't be beat.

Been here before when lots of things were going on. This time seemed slower. Stomp dance was scaled down. Great history and museum. Love the water where we fed the fish.
