I actually consider him a good friend.all the drivers are very friendly and courteous They help with grocery bags, laundry bags.ect look forward to doing business with them for a long time. Amazing first class service. Drivers were polite, got through to the destinations quickly and efficently. Ben gave a tailored service on the phone and was very helpful and knowledgeable. Totally recommend this cab service as they are very reliable.

I had to leave for LAX from Malibu at 5 am and this was so hassle free! On time and reasonably priced, I’ll definitely use them again. Also, I am a single young female and felt totally safe with everything.

My driver, Ben, was excellent. Very professional and went way beyond was is required our expected. I flew in for a wedding yesterday, April 12th and was given incorrect information about travel from the LAX Airport to my Hampton Inn Suites in Thousand Oaks, CA. I needed a ride from the Oxnard Airport, called 3 other taxi services in the area. One said I couldn't schedule in advance for a ride and that he didn't have a driver available, the other said he would show up and didn't, and the other didn't have a driver available until after 5pm - it was 3pm when I called. Rosie Cab was the only one that came through for me! The dispatcher was very friendly and accommodating. The driver arrived quickly, was friendly and the ride was very clean. He turned a long bad day into a blessing! It's such a shame that I had to search for them, as they did not pop up on google as a choice.

I am currently going through Radiation and Chemotherapy for Cancer. My treatments are everyday at the Beverly Hills Cancer Center. Ben (owner) has been punctual and consistent with my pickup every morning! I would highly recommend his services. Great driver, rates and conversation! 10/10 I’m my opinion!

My husband and I scheduled a round trip service on the initial call. Drivers arrived on time and helped me get my husband, who travels with a wheelchair, in and out of the car. They made sure the wheelchair was carefully stored in the car trunk as well. On the return trip, there was some confusion about the pick up spot and Ben the dispatcher worked to get it resolved right away all the while keeping us informed. Will always use Rosie’s Taxi!

Ben was invaluable in guiding us through the many phases of our “car” needs. We went all over town! He scheduled it all for us and never skipped a beat, even when we need to change times. Ben was great making the reservation the night before. Josh was my driver and was pleasant, on-time and professional. Car was clean and new. It was an extremely early flight and I was concerned on getting a driver at that time. All went well.
