The one word I can come up with to describe this place is WOW! I was mad, angry, honored, upset, etc. Whoever designed this memorial did an excellent job in capturing the essence of that dreadful day. This was my first time to visit. I...More

This memorial had such a huge impact on me. It transported me back to that horrific day when the world was watching with disbelieve. Seeing all the names engraved of the people who lost their lives touches your soul and makes you pray. I feel...More

This memorial was beautiful to see, it had all the people that died their names engraved and was built where the original towers fell. The area has a lot of money spent in rebuilding more new businesses surrounding the memorial as well.

Myself and partner have visited this site on two separate occasions and it never gets any easier. We always come done to pay our respects to the lost ones and thank our blessings. This site is a wonderful memorial to the fallen.

Really had to visit The WTCM, built since our last visit from England and found the place perfect, just right with great views to see New York.

Elevator to the top in just over 40 seconds, the 360 degree view was spectacular. Such a beautiful building.

This is such a beautiful and moving tribute to those who sadly lost their lives on 9/11. It feels very still and quiet around the memorial; the names of lost ones are engraved onto the fountain sides and on a birthday, a white rose is...More

The last time we visited it was a building site. Now it’s like a phoenix arising out of the ashes. The two fountains on the site of the original buildings are lovely with the names of everyone who lost their lives noted. The Occulus building...More

Don't know about an outlet mall but there's a beautiful mall within a block but it's quite expensive.
