Not the best. The allocated wait time is 60 mins post arrival of aircraft. Looking at airport wait times / custom and border patrol website - our wait time for customs alone would be an average of 44 mins, meaning the 60 min pick up time is unrealistic and would therefore automatically incur a charge. We very reasonably (and politely) suggested we alter our arrival time, sharing we would be happy to wait in arrivals rather than pay a charge! Only to be told it was unreasonable to suggest this and our booking was cancelled - no communication on the matter or request for clarification, just cancelled. Does make me slightly uncomfortable that you have to provide your bank details to make the booking and then they cancel rather flippantly, but that’s not the primary reason for my complaint.
Not the best customer service - no understanding, no reasoning and fairly abrupt. I think unless you can guarantee you will be out in 60 mins (which I am not sure how you can) I would go with a service which is more focused on customer satisfaction.

This was my 4th trip with Rich Limo and will be my last. The drivers are generally amazing, but in this case, our driver was late picking us up for the trip to the airport, but sent a bogus text at the pickup time to say that he was waiting for us in our hotel lobby. He was not. It was to cover his tracks with the company. I was waiting outside the hotel for him but went back inside (leaving my bags unattended) to make sure that he wasn't able to get past me into the lobby, and he was of course, not there like he said. I called the number on his text, and he said he was on his way. After he arrived about 5 minutes late, he then took us off route, pulled over on a side street and dropped off a brown paper bag and bottle of liquor with a stranger on the street, engaging in a conversation (in another language so we had no way of following) for about a minute, with no explanation to us, his paying passengers. We then headed to the airport, 15 minutes after our scheduled pickup time. It was Thanksgiving weekend, so we didn't want any delays, but we did arrive in time to make our flight, although without time to eat before the long flight. Afterwards, I complained with management because they automatically charge 20% tip, and I didn't think the driver deserved it after being late and then making an extra stop before leaving for the airport. The manager, Richard, argued with me after checking with the driver and insisted that the driver said he was at the hotel 3 minutes early and cited his bogus text as proof, so he basically called me a liar. He said the driver's English was just bad and instead of saying he was in the lobby, he meant that he was actually out front. None of that is true because I was waiting in the cold out front for him (and he of course told me that he wasn't there yet on the phone.) He also said that he had to drop off an item that a prior passenger had left, so he admitted that they took a detour but said it was a courtesy they extend to all passengers, evidently on the customer's time instead of their own. The manager even said that the driver helped get our bags out of the car at the airport, which I would have thought was included in the $185 fee, but I am now wondering if that's considered extra. All in all, this was a bad experience with a driver who was late, tried to cover his tracks, took extra detours, and a company who didn't value our time or concerns. An Uber would have been just as good, and half the cost, and at least I wouldn't have been shocked if they squeezed in a food delivery stop on our trip.

Absolute lies on every point.
We have sent you all the screenshots with the time of each message between you, the driver and the dispatcher. You were in the car 3 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. The driver made a 5 second stop to hand over a forgotten package, and this stop was 5 blocks from the hotel ON THE WAY TO THE AIRPORT. no detours.
The driver helped you with your suitcases because that's his job. This is not a favor, but a response to your lie that the driver left you at the airport far from the terminal))
We are very glad that we will not have to serve clients with a sick imagination.

A little bit behind in writing this review. We used their SUV service from LaGuardia Airport to the Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan (16th St & 9th Ave) in October 2021. Couldn't be happier with their service. They arrived early, we received a text prior to the plane arriving at the gate and they were waiting exactly where they said they would be. They SUV was clean, comfortable, and the interior was well maintained. Raymond was our driver and was professional and courteous. The ride was very comfortable, no speeding or crazy driving. I was born, raised, and learned to drive in Brooklyn, I know how we can drive. Initially, I only booked from the airpot to the hotel, but after our ride into the city, I booked the return ride back to Laguardia. Very happy with our trip and would definitely use them on future trips to NYC.

I booked this company to take my wife and I from JFK to our hotel in Times Square. I opted for an SUV.
Froom the point of booking all communications were first class and very responsive. Our flight was delayed by an hour so I emailed them from the plane but received an answer immediately advising me not to worry and that they had already noticed and would be there for our arrival.
I received a text message from our driver as soon as we landed to advise he was waiting in arrivals for us. Once we collected our bags our driver had my name on a sign and we were greeted. He took our bags and walked us over to a huge and clean SUV which was very spacious. The journey took about 55 minutes to get to Time Square and it was a pleasant and comfortable ride.
When I am ravelling to NYC again I would definitely use this company a great service from start to finish.

Fantastic service, communication was great from start to finish. I had a problem with my card and Rich made sure I was aware and gave plenty of notice so I could sort out before we arrived. Will definitely use again.

Round trip from JFK to Manhattan and back to JFK. Driver was in touch with us immediately after we deplaned. Picked up at departures, no issue and nice drive to our hotel. On the day we were leaving, we checked out of our hotel about 20 mins early of our pickup time and same driver was already actually waiting for us outside. Couldn't ask for more prompt and professional service.

Such a great experience from booking to pick up to drop off, all done last minute! Fast communication with Rich and the driver, Raymond, who was amazing and so pleasant. Booked airport pickup from EWR to Queens in a sedan and was surprised with the upgrade! Also Everything was included in the quote, making this a stress-free experience. Thanks for spoiling us Rich!

Overall the ride was great, on time, great communication with driver. Only negative I would say is wish the driver was more personable. Kids first time in NY would have been nice if he interacted, maybe told us place to eat, visit etc. seems like just wanted to get us there and that was it. Thank you.

This is the second time that I've used NYC Rich Limo, and the reason was that they were outstanding the 1st time. They didn't disappoint! Our driver met us at the airport (he was there early), took us to the 1st hotel in Westchester, picked us up there for the trip into Manhattan, and finally back to the airport when our vacation was over. Our driver, Alex, was always early, a great driver, and he made things easy. It doesn't get any better than that- kudos the NYC Rich Limo for their exceptional service.

Everything was perfect. The driver met us at our hotel entrance on time. He had a sign of my name on the window.
It took about 5 hours to get to Boston.
30 minutes stop at service area was free of charge.

Soft drinks are free and there is an option to buy wine or bubbly though you have to make sure there are no under age persons in the limo with alcohol, hope this helps we will be using them again next year
