Loved, loved, loved this show! Great music, and great performers. Sad, that he died so young, with so much music left to write.

Sorry to hear that I was not aware of Bert Berns' personal story but was very aware of the music he created. The music was great and inspirational. To compress Bert Berns' difficult past with his children, wife and "colorful" friends into a short two-act...More

So happy to have attended, and learned the background of some popular songs. Such sincere, moving performances, lots of humor within the script as well, and beautiful choreography. I'm thrilled to hear there are plans to open on Broadway, I will absolutely re-visit this production!

What a fabulous show, the entire cast was brilliant as was the way the music was used to tell the story of Bert Berns. The whole production from the theatre to the choreography was very enjoyable , I loved every minute of the show

An energetic and talented cast bring the audience to its feet in the end. But that and a couple good songs don't make a Broadway hit. The frame story of the wife, daughter and best friend of Bert are static and neither credibly written nor...More

As others have said, this was an unexpected treat! I was aware of Bert Berns and this was a great tribute to the man and his music.

Lovely theatre, but PIECES OF MY HEART is eminently miss-able. Very weak first act, and a middling second/final act. I was really disappointed. Two NYC college musical arts professors that sat next to me felt the same way...it was just a drag.
