So sad. I've been here many, many times and even wrote an outstanding review but when I went back after a long absence, I was shocked at how much it has gone downhill. It clearly has changed management and went from being a top notch luxury spa to the equivalent of a cheapo nail place of spas. It was dirty,... More

Back in the day, this was a luxury spa. Now it seems a bit tired and in need of an update. The hot stone massage is good, not great. The facials are okay, no heavy product/service push. The cleansers/exfoliators they use are not high end or innovative which you would expect for the price point. The rooms are basic. The... More

probably the best massage I've had, but the environment was far below expectations. Awesome facial, but no relaxation room, and nowhere to put on makeup after, all light was dim. They had dryers that didn't work well, and tiny lockers to accommodate coats, boots, and clothes for post event. Bottom line, they need to match the experience of environment with... More

Just had a great facial that was both effective and relaxing. Heated spa bed and professional technician - thanks, Krystyna! Had a group of 6 and we were all running late, due to rain and holiday traffic. The spa happily delayed our start time by 15 minutes (most won't do this) and served us hot tea and a healthy nut... Consistently great manicures and pedicures in a very relaxed and comfortable setting. Excellent massage therapists and facilities as well.

I tried them because of a groupon deal. The place is beautiful, in a prime location. The massage area and rooms were beautiful and clean. My massage therapist was amazing, the pedicure was one of the best pedicures Ive ever had in NYC my toes looked perfect! It is totally worth it. Can't say the front desk customer service was... I've paid more for massages many times, but have never enjoyed one more. I purchased a package of a manicure, pedicure and deep tissue massage. Both the mani & pedi were done well. But, when you are ready to have the kinks worked out of your body - get a deep tissue massage from Angel (don't let the little body... More

My husband and I booked a 4 1/2 hour couples package at this spa. We had a pleasant experience. We had dual massages, facials, manicures, and pedicures. The staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. We were treated like royalty. The massage was just what we needed after trekking up and down those New York... More

I had an excellent massage and an ok facial. What was very disturbing to me was the way I was charged. After specifically asking the facialist for the regular facial with extractions(135.00), she told me that the there was a $195 and a $220 available. It seemed as though she was saying these were the only two facials. A friend... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
