Crowded and tiny. I liked the free chocolate when I walked in, but it was impossible to get anywhere without getting in everyone's way. Very stressful for a candy store and a wholly unpleasant experience.

Visiting the factory was sweet memory to visitors having varieties, coco, sugar, vanilla all transformed to packets having samples for display. Mostly overcrowded showing the popularity.

This is a nice place to buy some sweets to take home but the shop is nothing special. The deals are not bad though. The naming idea is good but expensive.

Neat store with LOTS of Hershey products and memorabilia. Not nearly as big as M&M World, but different products. We each received a free Hershey kiss upon entering the store. Didn't buy anything.

Interesting store! Huge chocolate bars made by Hershey and priced quite high. It was nice to browse their selection, but a bit expensive.

We were greeted with a free Hershey Kiss upon arrival. A nice selection of Hershey merchandise and candy on a single level.

Having visited M&M world we presumed this would be a similar experience. NOT AT ALL! This is nothing more than a small shop, lacking imagination and with disinterested employees. Give it a miss.

Different sizes. Expensive. I didn't buy any. As I recall, they were around $1/oz. A multiple of what I usually pay. However, at $10, the custom printed label is a bargain.
