Hosted a family member in NY and wanted them to experience an iconic jazz night at Dizzy's. Outstanding musicianship, really tight ensemble, highest levels of professionalism. The food was fine--not a whole lot for vegetarians. We were able to reserve a table by calling in,...More

Dizzy's is a classy contemporary setting with a knockout view of Central Park South. Tables are low-lit, creating a very conducive atmosphere for high quality jazz talent, who played for about a 90-minute set. Food, deserts, drinks all available and served unobtrusively. We were wait-listed...More

Wow! What a spectacular evening of Jazz. Willie Jones III Quintet was way over the top. The whole experience was reasonable and worth the time and money

Other venues are more historic, but none is finer. Every time I plan a trip to New York, I'm scrutinizing JALC's schedule.
