We took our 13 year old son. It was very well organized. Quick wait. The clear panels allow for an awesome view of New York. Make sure to go to the second level. Not as crowded.

We came here after getting a ticket in the city guide book. You can redeem the tickets from a computer so you miss the line. You get allocated a time and you just turn up at that time. Once in you will have to wait...More

A must for visitors to New York! The views around sunset was recommended to us and did not disappoint. I purchased VIP tickets, you get to skip the queues for the elevators and go at any time of the day, well worth the extra money.

I wasn't too fussed about going up to the observatory but I'm so glad I did as the view is fantastic. You can get some great photos and buy some nice momentos. Thoroughly enjoyed this. It's 39USD per person, so not cheap.
