My wife and I were in NYC in 2007 and purchased a beautiful pre-owned Baume & Mercier gold ladies Hampton watch from their agent Ms. Romano. She convinced us to buy by emphasizing Tourneau's lifetime exchange policy, which guaranteed we could use the purchase price of the B&M towards the purchase of another watch at Tourneau. Recently, I was put... More

I happened to be in NYC with family. I'd already told my wife that I was looking forward to visiting Tourneau as I have a passion for watches. It's a shame that passion is not shared by the staff at this shop. Snobbish, poor product knowledge and no wish to show the product. Appalling experience.

I came here looking to purchase a high-end watch ($10K - $20K) - Panerai. The service here is pretty appalling considering the product that they're selling. The agents' knowledge of the products is lacking - they often contradict themselves or contradict what is posted online via the manufacturer's website. They have a very basic understanding of the brand, that is... More

I ordered my watch repair and it took so longer than expected. Until and unless asking the situation, they never have any respond the status. It is very poor client service and disregard to client voice arrogantly. I never seen the worst attitude to client despite paying for expensive cost.

I've bought 2 watches from this store (a vintage Patek Philippe and an Omega Seamaster GMT) and have never experienced what some people allege. And I've strolled in wearing plain old jeans or shorts; hardly designer wear. I have never been treated with anything other than respect. Maybe it's the attitude; respect yes, but I don't expect the sales staff... More

I know watches, and I know expensive watches. I have been in the market for a 45k watch, which one could call, the luxury category of watches. I have known Tourneau for a while, but my latest trip pushed me over the edge, and I just HAD to write a review. 1. Their customer service is the worst I have... More

I brought my Tag in for a simple repair. 7 months later the watch still does not work and they refuse to stand behind their work. Do not buy your watch here....do not let them service the watch, demand the manufacturer do the work.

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
