This is a series of little retail shops inside a 1940 building that was constructed to get the street vendors and their pushcarts off the narrow street of Arthur Avenue. Perfect for browsing. Flowers, beer, vegetable stand, cigar shop, and a very large deli. And...More

The Market has all you will need for a home cooked dinner. Wonderful, fresh meats, fresh produce, a bar, bakery and hand-rolled cigars. Prepared food is very good.

This Italian "grocery" market has a everything Italian. Fun just to walk around but offers sandwiches, fruits, veggies, canned goods and more. We spent about 30 minutes browsing. The staff are friendly and helpful. If you find yourself in Little Italy (Bronx) it's a must.

After dinner and desserts we were able to get to the Market just before it closed. About half of the vendors were closed, but we really enjoyed visiting the shops still open. If you have never been, then you must put this on your list...More

Once a month or so we travel to this market to buy some food you can't find elsewhere, exotic meats, vegetables, Italian products, hand-rolled cigars and more. (The cannolis are overpriced.) You can have lunch at a few tables and beer on tap. It's indoors...More
