Popped in for a beer late one night while checking out Greenwich Village. Lots of character woven into this little spot. Kate, the bartender was very friendly! Nice beer selection.

We seldom do beers now but will stop by for a glass of wine if we are in the neighborhood. Still has the same friendly vibe among patrons and is hospitable to groups. The restrooms are now "updated" :-) and there is wifi It is...More

I like this pub because there is room for groups, a good offer of beers and drinks. But, sometimes, the staff is a little bit rude.

Visited early evening. Unpretentious and friendly, feels like a local bar. Good jukebox and a decent range of local and world beers and ales. We had the Bear Black stout and it was splendid. A mixture of tables and booths, most with heavily scrawled on...More

Santacon was in full effect, so it was pretty wild. Peculier is a nice little hole in the wall. Good music and not so loud you can't carry on a conversation. We ended up there out of sheer chance. Just walking down the street and...More

We were looking for a fun, relaxing place to have some drinks and grab a bit to eat and we found it here. Loved the atmosphere and the drinks and food were both very good.

On a recent trip to NYC we realised we were not staying far from this bar, which a couple of our party had been to on previous visits to NYC. We had a couple of really boozy nights here and one of them ended up...More

Greenwich Village
Commonly known as “the Village” to New Yorkers, it was
here in Greenwich Village that both 1960’s counter
culture and the LGBT movement were born. Famous for
its bohemian past, head to Washington Square Park to
get a feel for this diverse and energetic
neighbourhood. You’ll find NYU students, street
performers, skateboarders, kids frolicking in the
fountain, and locals relaxing and playing chess.
