I visited Kensington Stables for a trail ride. I have never ridden a horse before and found this experience to be very helpful. The staff was friendly and accommodated my lack of experience. The trail went through Prospect Park and lasted about an hour.

Went as a couple on a horseback ride through prospect park. It was an enjoyable outdoor activity! The scenery was magnificent and the horses well trained and accustomed to urban novices! Not scary at all! Helpful and friendly staff made our tour enjoyable.

The man who was on duty when I contacted this stable was so rude that I decided against trying to ride there. I would not recommend contacting this place if you want to be treated with respect. After reading earlier reviews about people falling off...More
