Creative, inventive show. You totally thought that Audra was the REAL Billie Holiday. She gave an amazing performance of a tortured star. The staging was creative and the way the performer was presented (her music interwoven with her life) was very very inventive. Audra McDonald...More

Unexpected, moving, intimate and confronting. We had a lovely seat and it was not just the closeness that made for the intimacy, it was the excellent acting. Bravo.

Nice place to visit when you want to just be in quiet contemplating mood. I went to a concert and it was just amazing.

Unbelievable performance by ultra talented and beautiful Audra McDonald. She brought Ms. Holiday back to life - voice, stage persona, emotions, character, etc. just amazing! Not surprisingly, Ms. McDonald won a Tony for her performance!

Sad story but the star is talented. No wonder she won another TONY. Portrays the descent of a talented artist.
