The first and most famous studio tour in television history is now better...

The first and most famous studio tour in television history is now better than ever. It's more in depth. More interactive. And, above all, more fun.

You’ll enjoy behind-the-scenes access to the studios where your favorite

shows are made. Like Saturday Night Live, The Tonight Show Starring

Jimmy Fallon, Late Night with Seth Meyers and more.

An NBC Page will serve as your host and behind-the-scenes expert,

guiding you through the historic halls of 30 Rock. You’ll learn about the entire TV production process, from the writing process and producing to the ways TV content gets to your home.

You’ll then experience it all first hand as you and your fellow Tour guests produce your own show in our brand new Tour Studio. You can then

download your show to keep for free.

Great tour of NBC. The pages were alot of fun and very knowledgable. Book your tickets ahead of time because they are often sold out. This tour runs about an hour. Attached to the subway, making it very easy to get to.

We had so much fun on this tour. To see the studios that we have watched on TV for years was pretty cool, they certainly don't appear as you think they would. Our tour guides were very informational and fun. Small group so it was more on a personable level which made it even more enjoyable. Making our own talk... More

Our family loved the tour. We got to see studio for SNL, tonight show with Jimmy Fallon, and nightly news. They were not in use but the pages were great about telling us all sorts of fun things. Both 12 & 14 year old said it was favorite part of NYC vacation. At the end, our tour group put on... More

If you have ever wondered what really goes on behind the scene. This tour is amazing. We toured the SNL and Jimmy Fallon stage - it was amazing to see all the work that goes on behind the scene to make a broadcast, news clip etc. work. We even got an opportunity to produce our own night show. The tour... More

We took the NBC Studio tour and we're so glad we did. Small tour group so it was manageable, very informative. Bright 'pages' lead the tour which takes about an hour and 15 min. The tour takes you to the sets of SNL, Jimmy Fallon and NBC News. You get to participate in a group late night show where each... More

Tour lasts about 70 minutes, our tour guides (aka Pages) were very welcoming and slick with their presentation. If you are interested in TV history or certain legendary TV shows such as SNL or the Jimmy Carson show then this tour is a definite must do. We were shown around 3 studios, including SNL and Late Night with Jimmy Fallon.... More

As a fan of several NBC shows I was looking forward to this tour and it did not disappoint. I felt very happy to have the opportunity to see the sets for the Nightly News with Lester Holt, Late Night with Seth Meyers and The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon. I never miss a Tonight Show episode so seeing this... More

I had done this tour several years ago and enjoyed it. Since then, the store and the tour have been revamped, and though I enjoyed it before, the tour is significantly better now! The pages that conducted the tour (Austin & Seamus) were funny and knowledgeable. We saw the NBC News, SNL and Jimmy Fallon sets. I would definitely recommend... More

Very cool to see the studios for SNL, Tonight Show, and the Evening News. And we got to see the Muppet Pipes too. The Tonight Show Studio is surprisingly compact. The end of the tour has you making a video of The Tonight Show featuring members of your tour group. If you go, make sure the "Guest" is the funniest... More

Although it may sound exciting to do this tour, it really falls flat in the wow effect. You only get to see the SNL studio and the Tonight Show studio. You also get to see a couple of control rooms, and then do kind of a lame participation activity to produce a talk show format TV show. It would be... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
