I wasn't really sure what to expect for this museum and while interesting, it was different than I was expecting. Many areas are covered such as animals (strangely maybe the most interesting), sex toys, and mostly historical photos, art, etc. Some very interesting artifacts on display and nothing is what I would consider "too much." However, that depends on your... More

It's a store trying to take advantage of an exhibit just to call it museum!!! We didn't spend money (included in the NY Pass) but it was a huge waste of our time!! I went to the museum of sex in Paris, and that was interesting! Here was... just sad. It was a review I knew I would write, because... More

We were intrigued by this attraction. Our female friend said we had to go see it. It is tastefully done and presents the history of sex throughout the ages. There is a bar on the lower level and a wonderful gift shop. I cannot describe the exhibits or upload photos. There are a lot of stairs so it not an... More

We were recommended to visit here by a waiter the night before. However after paying $60!! to get in plus only then being told we needed to check in our bags and coats at a cost of $2 per item, we were expecting this to be pretty good. But in reality it was a very tame collection of random objects... More

An underwhelming experience to say the least. It was basically a sex shop with some artifacts and photos. I would hardly call it a museum. Most of what was on display wasn't worthy of being referred to as a museum piece. The only floor worthwhile was the facet concerning the historical perspective of human sexuality but even that was far... More

It's a lot smaller than I expected it to be however it was still an interesting way to spend the evening. I went on a week day with a few of my friends. I couldn't imagine being there when it's crowded. The boobie bounce house was the best part! Only two can go in at a time however. It was... More

The only interesting room is the first one, which is 1/5 the size of all other rooms. All exhibits are historical. Very few engaging pieces.

If bouncing on a booby bouncy castle is your idea of fun - then you are in luck! This place is a lot of fun for adults and worth a look around. The bouncy castle is definitely the highlight!

We had an hour to kill before going to the airport. We saw that the Museum of Sex was close to our hotel so we walked down. It was expensive for what it actually was. There are 3 areas to the museum. 1 is full of sex toys and sex related items. 2 is about animal sex..... needs a revamp.... More

Try not to think of this as a "museum", but more of an exhibit. Yes you will learn some historical facts, but the SHOW is why people come to the museum. Go with your mate, have fun, and don't forget to visit the gift shop!!!
